Chad spent his university summers riding as a professional mountain biker, before transitioning into the oil and gas sector, and later taking on a role in finance management.

Chad’s journey into real estate began long before he became a REALTOR®. He gained invaluable insights into home ownership and investment by purchasing, renovating, managing, and developing a diverse portfolio of income-generating properties across the Greater Victoria area. This hands-on experience ignited his passion for real estate, prompting him to dedicate himself fully to the industry.
